Montfiesta IX

Whew, Montfiesta 9 is over now. And i feel really sad for some reason. Maybe it's because of how I played last night, or maybe because the Sec 4s have left us now. I don't really think the Sec 3s are up to the job of managing the band. I suppose some are, but the rest are either not serious about band or not really committed.

Anyway, about yesterday.

Reached school at around 11.20am. Most people were already there, and the percussion instruments were being brought down.

While waiting for the buses to arrive, we had a second promotion ceremony for the Sec 4s. Their previous ranks were all returned and most had their ranks increased while some remained the same.

Once we reached VCH, we got our things to our individual rooms. We shared our room we the Tuba Section, so damn small la. It's like 2x2 meters.

The Clarinet's room

At around 2pm, we went to the stage for our rehearsal. At 5.20, we had dinner. The buffet was free! :D

Then we changed up and gathered again at 6.30 and entered the stage.

The concert started at 7+. After it ended, we kept everything and left for school at 11pm. Then once we arrived, we all brought up the instruments to the band room and then the usual talk, blah blah... we were dismissed at around 12.15 am
