the p.e teacher brought us to the learning hub today for some health education lesson on healthy diets.it wasted one whole lesson,geez...
we splited into groups of 5 and we had to write down a healthy diet for a day.
heres one another group wrote.

introducing...*drumroll*

the diet from hell

breakfast - 2 big breakfasts,2 hashbrowns,and 3 ice-milos
lunch - KFC buddy meal
dinner - dark soy sauce pork
supper - fried hokkien mee,20 mutton satays,20 chicken satays and 10 bbq chicken wings

hilarious right?anyone who eats all this probably wouldn't wake up the next day.heh

school was as per normal today.except that we were released at 1pm(that means no math lesson,which also means no math test today,yay!) so we could have our lunch first before going to the school hall to support our badminton team.i think there were four schools playing.ang mo kio sec,singapore sports sch,maris stella high and us,montfort sec.

it was only compulsory for a few classes to go,and mine was one of them,so had to skip half of band today,it doesn't really matter though,we always had sectionals then foot drill on wednesdays.heh.anyway,all the matches ended at 4.30.then went straight to the gallery for sectionals,had sectionals for 15 minutes.

then the trumpet and french horn section had to go inside the band to practice west side story with mr sukit's friend.dunno how to spell his name =P.so we didn't have foot drill,after band,we went to the field next to school for soccer.upper sec vs lower sec,unfair right?!but nvm,cause i joined the upper sec team,they had a lack of players.
